We stand behind the quality of VGet and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your VGet Pro or Enterprise subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

• All payment methods: Credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods
• Any reason: No need to explain why you want a refund

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us: Send an email to support@vget.download with "Refund Request" in the subject line
2. Include details: Provide your order number or the email address used for purchase
3. We'll process it: Our team will verify your purchase and initiate the refund within 24 hours
4. Receive your refund: Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Service Access

Once a refund is processed, your VGet Pro or Enterprise access will be immediately terminated. Any downloaded videos or saved settings will remain on your device, but you will lose access to premium features.

Partial Refunds

We only offer full refunds for the most recent billing period. For annual subscriptions requested within the 7-day window, you'll receive a full refund for the entire year.

Promotional Offers

If you purchased VGet with a discount code or promotional offer, the refund amount will be the actual amount charged to your payment method, not the original price.

Free Trial Policy

VGet Pro includes a free trial period. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged and no refund is necessary. The 7-day refund policy applies to charges made after the free trial period ends.

Trial Extensions

In some cases, we may offer trial extensions instead of refunds for users experiencing technical difficulties. This is at our discretion and designed to help you get the most value from VGet.
